The Cobblers have been restricted to gym work as a result of the recent snowfall and freezing temperatures, and Gray cannot wait to get back out on the grass in preparation for a crucial run of fixtures as the club look to climb the League One table.[LNB]"We've been able to do some physical work with the players but what we really need to do is now get back training on the grass," he told the club's official website.[LNB]"The players have been doing weights and they've been on the exercise bikes but you can only do so much of that and it's important that you get the balance right.[LNB]"We have now taken some of the covers off the pitch so hopefully we will be able to do a bit of training on there.[LNB]"We obviously haven't got the same facilities as Premier League teams who have got undersoil heating and indoor training facilities, so we just have to get on with it."[LNB][LNB]
