Gray gets backing from chairman
Gray's side were relegated on the final day of the season after losing at Leeds but Cardoza insists he is the right man to lead them straight back up.[LNB]"Stuart hasn't become a bad manager overnight and I think he will give it a very good go at getting us straight back up next season," he said.[LNB]"We will have one of the biggest wage bills in League Two and I fully expect us to gain promotion. We will give Stuart every assistance we can to make that happen.[LNB]"We lose about £250,000 from the Football League next season and that is obviously a big hit for us but I will just have to take that on the chin.[LNB]"I'm looking forward to being a bit happier next season and hopefully by winning games and playing exciting football we can make the supporters happy again and get the feelgood factor back to the club."[LNB][LNB]
