Dunn targets promotion push

Dunn, 21, this week signed a new two-year contract with the Cobblers, keeping him at Sixfields until at least June 2011. "This season has been a great learning curve for me," Dunn told the club's official website. "Under the coaching of the gaffer (Stuart Gray), Jim Barron the goalkeeping coach and Ian Sampson, I can continue my development. "It's been my first season playing first-team professional football and there are a lot of positive experiences that I can take. I've been really pleased with my performances over the last two months or so. "This season obviously didn't work out how we had all hoped, but hopefully we can bounce straight back next season. "We've still got some good players here and with one or two additions over the summer I see no reason why we can't get promotion next season."
