Dunn earns praise from the boss
Dunn saved two spot-kicks as the visitors earned a 3-0 win on penalties after the 90 minutes finished 2-2 against Wycombe.
Gray reckons Dunn's heroics were payback for a dismal weekend when he was at fault for two goals at Burton.
He said: "Chris has had a couple of real stinkers recently and then he goes and pulls off some great saves. At Burton he made a couple of real howlers but he showed just what a good keeper he is.
"I must be honest when they equalised so late on I thought they had the momentum and would go on and win on penalties so we showed great character to come through.
"This is a competition we respect and we want to do well in it. I know the temptation is there to rest players but I am not a believer in that - I am a believer in having your first-choice players playing games and that came off."
