O'Flynn arrived at Sixfields 10 days ago and is eager to get going after seeing last weekend's fixture with Chesterfield called off.[LNB]He said: "Everyone thrives on competition and you need competition to keep you driving against one another.[LNB]"I think in England over the years there maybe hasn't been enough of that. You've got lots of overpaid players and people not working hard enough.[LNB]"Around the country there are a lot of players who are just going through the motions. I've got a six-month contract and I'm looking at that as a six-month trial. I'm going to do everything I possibly can to get some goals and get a longer deal.[LNB]"I think that's a big thing, especially for the players who are coming over from Ireland. I'm from Cork and I like to think I've got a bit of that Roy Keane passion and drive about me."[LNB][LNB]
