Cobblers ready to step up preparations
Northampton end the week with their first pre-season fixture Fans will get their first chance to see Gary Johnson's new summer signings in Saturday's Maunsell Cup Final game against Brackley Town. Admission prices for the fixture are £5 for adults, £2 for concessions and free for Under-16's. Northampton meanwhile will begin their Johnstone's Paint Trophy campaign in the opening round after they did not receive a bye to the next stage. Both Sheffield clubs are among their potential opponents in the 1st round.
