Cobblers On A Roll As Oxford Await

Aidy Boothroyd believes his side can keep improving after a hat-trick of League Two wins

Three second-half goals saw off Morecambe on Tuesday night to push Town to within touching distance of the play-off places.

Clarke Carlisle's return to the club added to the feel-good factor and Boothroyd is keen for his men to produce more of the same at Oxford on Saturday.

"What we’ve not got to do is get complacent," he said.

"We’ve got to keep on top of the players and make sure they keep doing all of the brilliant things that they are doing.

"We’ve got a tough game coming up now; it’s a local derby and we’ve got to go there, give a good account of ourselves and see if we come away with something."
