Cobblers Make Their Point

06 November 2012 22:00
Northampton Town came back from losing a goal and a player to earn a draw at York on Tuesday night

The Cobblers, who started with Lee Nicholls in goal after he was re-signed on loan from Wigan Athletic until the end of the season, went in half-time a goal down and down to ten men after a red card for Louis Moult.

However they showed no signs of being a man short after the break and deserved the point they gained from Bayo Akinfenwa''s equaliser.

The result leaves Town in mid-table in League Two but just four points from a play-off place.

More to come on Cobblers Mad.
