Torrential rain throughout the first half left referee Keith Stroud with little option but to call a halt to proceedings with the score at 0-0. "Personally I'd have liked to have started the second half and given it 10 minutes to see how it went," said Gray. "But looking at the pitch now the referee made the right decision. "The game in this weather does become a lottery and although some supporters love these conditions, the safety of the players is the most important thing."
