Cobblers attack impresses Adebayo

The 27-year-old, one of five strikers currently with the Cobblers, has struggled with injuries this season but still managed to get his third goal of the campaign at the weekend. Akinfenwa's header eight minutes from time helped Northampton fight back from a two-goal deficit to draw 2-2 at Bury, after Courtney Herbert started the comeback with a coolly taken effort. "Courtney showed pace, power and composure and looks like one for the future," Akinfenwa told BBC Radio Northampton. "But they're all good centre forwards here and the manager has got a nice headache. Personally, it's always nice to get on the scoresheet." He added: "I'm just trying to get minutes under my belt and be injury free, to play with no restrictions," he added. "I'm working hard with [physio] Stuart Barker and I hope I can get a good run of games."
