Cobblers appeal Akinfenwa red card
Both sides were reduced to 10 men in the 65th minute after Akinfenwa and Brighton utility-man Adam Virgo were sent off for violent conduct.[LNB]The duo tangled on the halfway line following an initial challenge by Akinfenwa on Adam El-Abd.[LNB]The Cobblers decided to appeal after reviewing DVD evidence of the incident and should find out whether or not they were successful after Thursday afternoon's appeal.[LNB][LNB]
