O'Flynn has arrived from Irish side Limerick and Sampson has compared him to Grayson - who scored 32 goals in 101 starts for the Cobblers and was a key part of the side which won promotion at Wembley in 1997.[LNB]Sampson said: "Stephen had a good goalscoring record for Limerick but he wanted to come and play in England and from what I've seen of him so far he is a player that I like.[LNB]"We've given him an opportunity but he has got that hunger and desire to come and be successful in this country.[LNB]"We had him over for a trial before Christmas and I saw enough of him in that time to convince me to give him an opportunity. He has got that desire and willingness to work hard and he reminds me a bit of Neil Grayson.[LNB]"He has been working hard in training and like everyone else who isn't in the team at the moment they have just got to work hard and when they do get an opportunity in the team they have got to take it."[LNB][LNB]
