Player Details

Lewwis Spence is a central midfielder who moved to Wycombe Wanderers in July 2008.  He began his career at Crystal Palace and made his first-team debut for the Eagles in August 2006 before linking up with former Palace manager Peter Taylor at Adams Park.  Lewwis scored on his Wanderers debut against Morecambe in August 2008, but then struggled to hold down a first- team place.  A powerful left-footed player, he was hampered by injuries in 2009-10, his only appearance for the Chairboys coming as a substitute in the Johnstone?s Paint Trophy tie with Northampton in September.  Soon afterwards he spent a month on loan with Conference outfit Forest Green Rovers, but he was released in May 2011 and signed for Rushden & Diamonds.
