Goalkeeper Brian Jensen is the longest serving player at Burnley, having signed from West Bromwich Albion in the summer of 2003. He was an ever-present in his first season but has since had to fight off a number of challengers for his position, including three international goalkeepers in Danny Coyne, Gabor Kiraly and Diego Penny, as well as current challenger Lee Grant. Brian is a massively popular player with the Burnley supporters who chant his nickname 'Beast' at every opportunity. Brian was also an ever-present in the Premier League campaign and one more season in the first team will see him reach 300 League appearances for the club.
