Gravesend & Northfleet edged out Exeter City 6-5 on penalties in their FA Cup fourth qualifying round replay to set up a trip to Chester City in the first round proper.
Dwane Lee gave the Grecians an early lead before Chris Moore and Ben Abbey put Fleet ahead with eight minutes to play. However, Sean Devine forced extra-time with an equaliser five minutes from time.
Rob Haworth restored Fleet's lead after 101 minutes, but Devine levelled again four minutes later and the tie went to penalties, with the home side going through 6-5 in the shoot-out.
Margate drew 3-3 at home to Grays Athletic, with Stuart Thurgood netting an opener in the 25th minute for the Ryman League Premier Division outfit.
Jay Saunders levelled for Gate six minutes from the end of normal time, before Thurgood and Freddy Eastwood put Grays 3-1 ahead in extra-time
Jake Leberl and Darron Annon made the score 3-3, but the Conference outfit then lost out 3-1 in the resulting penalty contest.
Matt Fisher forced extra-time for Tamworth at home to Telford United, cancelling out Lee Mills' early opener for the Bucks.
However, the visitors edged through 3-2 in a sensational finale, with Christian Moore striking first in extra-time, before Gary Setchell's spot-kick seemed to set up a shoot-out.
Scott Green then converted from 12 yards in the final minute to seal victory for Telford.
Stevenage Borough edged out Eastbourne Borough 1-0 at Broadhall Way, with Steve Watson's second-half goal setting up a home tie with Stockport County in the next phase.
Woking saw off East Thurrock United 2-0 thanks to a Steve Ferguson double at Kingfield and the Cards will now face Histon.
