Midfielder Fabian Delph has withdrawn from the England squad to return to Everton for rehabilitation on a hamstring problem.
Former Manchester City man Delph failed a fitness test before the Toffees' 2-1 victory over Southampton at the weekend but joined up with his international teammates despite his injury.
However, the decision has now been made to send Delph back to his club side so he can fully recover from the problem and get back to full fitness.

England's statement reads: "Fabian Delph has left the England camp and returned to Everton.
"The midfielder arrived at St. George's Park with an injury but it was hoped he would be available to play a part in the Three Lions’ forthcoming UEFA EURO 2020 qualifiers.
"However, it has now been decided that Delph is unlikely to feature and will return to his club for further rehabilitation.
"No further replacements are planned as England prepare for Thursday night’s fixture against Montenegro – the 1,000th men’s international – and Sunday’s trip to Kosovo."
With Jordan Henderson suspended for Thursday's game against Montenegro, manager Gareth Southgate has a numbered of fresh faced stars to pick from in midfield.
James Maddison is yet to make his international bow and could profit from Delph's absence, while Declan Rice is now a fully established member of the squad in defensive midfield. Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, who has impressed since his return from injury, is also in the squad, as are Mason Mount and Harry Winks.
While there is uncertainty in midfield, Harry Kane and Jadon Sancho are expected to feature up front alongside Marcus Rashford, with Raheem Sterling not considered for selection following an altercation with Liverpool defender Joe Gomez.
The Three Lions already have a play-off spot guaranteed after five wins from their opening six qualifiers, but a point from their last two games will be enough to qualify for the finals automatically.
