• Manchester City, Barça, Real and Bayern among top seeds• Liverpool, Spurs and United face daunting prospectsThe Premier League will supply a quarter of the teams in the Champions League last-16 draw, which will take place at 11am on Monday. Teams from the same country cannot be drawn against each other, and likewise teams who qualified from the same group. Group winners will be drawn against second placed teams, with the top seed enjoying home advantage in the second leg. VAR will be used for the rest of the competition.
