The manager John Coleman is working wonders with what is thought to be the league’s joint-lowest budget, helped by a forward line he says is statistically better than Liverpool’s“If the league was based on budgets, we’d be relegated at the start of every season,” says the Accrington Stanley midfielder Sean McConville.
