Toon Kids Set Up Final Appearance

Newcastle drew with Aston Villa last night in the FA Youth Cup semi final first leg. It's only half-time, but the match is set up for Newcastle to finish the job at St James' Park. Phil Airey prodded it home to put Newcastle a goal up after ten minutes. Newcastle had the ball in the net again with Airey heading home but flagged offside  just before the break. Poyser equalised on the hour. Newcastle hammered Villa in the first half and finished the game the stronger ... that’s the thought they should carry into the second leg next Friday.
