Taylor Looking To Spurs

Steven Taylor looking forward to the opening game of the season against Tottenham Hotspur.

Steven Taylor: “I feel good. The gaffer took me off after 64 minutes.

“I could probably have played more and will if asked against Cardiff next week.

“If I am being honest we could have been 2-0 up at half-time in Holland.

“We were disappointed with that. In the second half we created chances again.

“Maybe we could have won 3-0 when you look at the chances we had.

“Overall it was a good workout.

“The grass was longer and stickier than we expected.

“It was difficult for the lads travelling with the ball.

“Apart from that it has been a good game for us and a good test.

“The lads enjoyed it and we came away with no injuries.”
