Shearer delays decision on future

Alan Shearer shied away from answering questions over his future as Newcastle boss as the club were relegated after a devastating defeat at Aston Villa.The 1-0 loss saw Newcastle relegated to the Championship with a paltry tally of just 34 league points. Shearer is due to meet Newcastle owner Mike Ashley this week and tell him what needs doing to turn the club round.
