Sam out of England running

Newcastle United manager Sam Allardyce has ruled himself out of the running to replace Steve McClaren as England head coach.
McClaren's 18-month reign at the helm of the national side was ended by the Football Association on Thursday morning just hours after England had lost to Croatia and failed to qualify for Euro 2008.
Former Bolton Wanderers manager Allardyce was interested in the post before McClaren was appointed in August 2006.
However, the 53-year-old Newcastle boss now claims he has no interest in leaving club management following his arrival at St James' Park in the summer.
"I am contracted to Newcastle United and from my point of view, that contract needs to be honoured," he said.
"I am not in a position like I was at my old club where the chairman openly extended the invitation for me to go for the position.
"I am not in that position now."
