Donaldson made his mark on Newcastle’s reserve side when he scored his debut goal at just 15 years of age away at Blackburn. He has since then made the England U17 team and called up to the substitute’s bench for Newcastle’s first Premier League clash of the 08/09 season away at Manchester United.
