Mixed injury news for Sam

Newcastle United manager Sam Allardyce is confident at least two of his injured stars will have recovered in time to play in the Magpies' next Premier League match against Liverpool later this month.
Shay Given and Stephen Carr are almost certain to feature against the Reds while Damien Duff is also close to a return to first-team action.
However, Abdoulaye Faye looks set to miss the rest of November after limping out of Saturday's derby at Sunderland with a hamstring injury.
Allardyce admitted: "We're looking at two to three weeks for Faye and the one thing it does is stop him going on international duty.
"Carr and Given (will be back) - no problem, in a week or so.
"Stephen Carr will play in a training game in midweek, to help us get him back.
"We're down to the bare bones. Shola Ameobi went down ill before the Sunderland game and obviously Butty was suspended."
Duff had summer surgery on the ankle he injured in April but has been pencilled in to return against his former club Blackburn Rovers at Ewood Park on December 1.
