Newcastle United boss Kevin Keegan is hoping that the return of several of his first-team squad from the Africa Cup of Nations will help his side get back to winning ways.
The Magpies are without a victory in their last five games, but Keegan hopes that the returns of Abdoulaye Faye , Habib Beye, Geremi and Obafemi Martins will boost the morale of his squad.
In particular, Keegan believes that the return of Faye will help give his defence the physical presence they have been missing in recent weeks.
He said: "I am delighted to have Abdoulaye back. I have been very impressed with both him and Habib Beye.
"They both played a part in Senegal's tournament and now have a role to play here.
"As far as Abdoulaye is concerned, he is a very good professional and he has done a very good job here.
"He is a big lad and we certainly need some height in the team at the moment, but it is not only his height, he has great experience as well."
