Newcastle United expect injured winger Jonas Gutierrez to be back on Tyneside to complete his rehabilitation from a cracked collarbone next week.
The 26-year-old wideman picked up the injury while playing for Argentina against Peru in a World Cup qualifier earlier this month.
Gutierrez is unlikely to make his Magpies return until mid-October, but is due back at the club next week according to caretaker manager Chris Hughton.
"It's just a process now, not a matter of days unfortunately, but I'm hoping it'll be three or four weeks from when he suffered the initial injury," he told the club's official website.
"He's been in Argentina, he's had medical treatment over there.
"He comes back early next week to maintain what he's done so far and to carry on his rehab.
"It's his right clavicle that he's cracked, but he hasn't had an operation."
