From Newcastle To Barcelona?

Villarreal striker Giuseppe Rossi has admitted moving to Primera Liga champions Barcelona would be a dream summer transfer. Rossi, 24, has been strongly linked with Champions League finalists Barcelona in the Spanish media and Villarreal are said to want around £26million for him. Italy international Rossi, spent time at Newcastle on loan (from Manchester United) in 2006/7, making three starts and eight as substitute. Giuseppe Rossi: "Playing at Barcelona is every player's dream as they are the best team in the world. "They play pure football with quick passing and win a lot of titles, which every player wants to do." Tottenham wanted to sign Rossi during the January transfer window.
