Carroll signs new Newcastle deal

Newcastle striker Andy Carroll has signed a new five-year contract, the club have confirmed.Carroll, an England under-21 international, has committed his future to the club he has supported since he was a boy growing up in Gateshead. "All I have ever wanted to do is play for Newcastle United," he told the club's official website.
