Why Would Simpson Go To Birmingham?
According to today's newspapers, Toonfullback Danny Simpson is attracting interest from Birmingham. The Sunday Mirror says Newcastle will hold talks with Simpson this summer in a bid to stop him joining the Blues. Simpson is among the club’s lowest earners and Pardew wants to offer him a new contract. The 24-year-old is tied to Newcastle, his current deal has two years to run from this summer.
