Although the former West Ham boss has been linked because some suggest he wants a return to London, that could not be further from the truth.
Pardew said yesterday: "Why would I want to leave Newcastle? I love it here.
"I have a great squad of players, and I hope to push on from what we have achieved here.
"I am not interested in the Spurs job."
Everton manager David Moyes has revealed he has had no contact from Tottenham following the departure of Harry Redknapp and declared himself happy at Goodison Park.
Moyes told BBC Radio 5 Live: "All I can say is that I have had no contact and if I had had any I would have told my chairman (Bill Kenwright).
"I hope to meet all my ambitions at Everton but you never know in this game.
"I came back from holiday and found out about Harry and I feel sad for him because I feel he has done a good job.
"I'm ambitious and I want to try to win things and ideally I want to do that with Everton.
"We brought in two or three players in January and you could see the difference it made to the club, to the players, to myself, so we want to try and do that again.
"I told my chairman four weeks ago (that money was needed to compete) so for me my concentration is on getting Everton ready for the start of the season, and hopefully getting off to a better one than we've had in recent years."
Next in the betting is Wigan manager Roberto Martinez, who is clearly hot property, having been linked with practically every available managerial job going. The popular Spaniard is top priced at 3/1 with Bodog and could easily be on Levy's shortlist to take over the job at Spurs. Martinez has little to no experience at the top end of the Premier League table, which could be a negative, but his Wigan side did play some great football on their way to safety last season and his philosophy would appear to fit with Spurs'.
Andre Villas-Boas had been very popular in the next Liverpool manager betting before Brendan Rogers got the job, and now another big Premier League club is looking for a manager the Portuguese may well be keen to apply for this role. His time at Chelsea was disappointing but Villas-Boas will be determined to maintain his reputation as a top quality young manager and is a stand out 10/1 chance with William Hill to persuade Levy that he is the right man for the job.
Former England manager Fabio Capello has been linked with a few different Premier League jobs but has failed to attract much attention. The wily Italian is a top priced 8/1 shot at bet365 and Betfred but looks poor value considering his age and the fact that Spurs will likely be looking for a younger manager that plays an attractive style of football.
At slightly longer odds is ex-Liverpool manager Rafa Benitez, who has made it pretty clear he would love to manage in the Premier League again. While he might not be the most popular choice among Spurs' fans he could well lead them to much desired European success and looks a reasonable outsider at 14/1 with Stan James.
Current USA manager and former Tottenham Hotspur hitman Jurgen Klinsmann is a top priced 14/1 shot with bet365 and Stan James to take over at his former club. The German appears very settled in the United States and his current role suits him well so he doesn't look great value to get the job.
