However, Pardew admits the club are struggling to generate interest in the trio.
United sent Dan Gosling to Blackpool last week and are open to offers for Gabriel Obertan, but the three young players they really want to loan out are yet to find any “takers”.
It is a puzzling development for Pardew, who believes that strikers Campbell and Vuckic – along with midfielder Bigirimana – need to play first-team football at a lower level to aid their progress.
Vuckic is a puzzle to me, simply because I don't think the kid realizes how good he could be!
He has strength, excellent balance, quick off the mark, and a good eye for goal, yet when he is given the opportunity he inevitably blows it.
It's a confidence thing he needs to get over, or I can see him drifting down the leagues because the crossroads in his career is getting close.
He either makes his mark this season, or he will end up like so many before him ... on the move.
Pardew is also prepared to loan out young defender Curtis Good, who looked impressive in making his Newcastle debut at Morecambe earlier this season.
There was interest from Bradford City in Vuckic but they have subsequently snapped up former Hull City striker Caleb Folan.
Hartlepool United had an interest in Campbell, but it appears that he wants to play at League One level to try and get his Newcastle career back on track.
United fear that England under-20 international Bigirimana has stagnated since the end of last season and are keen for him to see more action too – and hope that the international break will prompt clubs to act.
Alan Pardew: “I think there are one or two players that we would love to loan out but we haven’t got the options.
“Adam Campbell, Bigirimana and Haris (Vuckic), they need to go out on loan but we haven’t had the takers yet.”
Campbell was offered the chance to go to Scotland before the start of the campaign – only to end up frustrated by a short stint at Carlisle.
Bigirimana, in particular, made an instant impact at St James’ Park after moving to Tyneside from Coventry City.
However, his only appearance this season was in the Capital One Cup defeat of Morecambe, and the youngster now finds himself behind Cheick Tiote, Vurnon Anita and Moussa Sissoko.
