With Demba Ba's Contract running out at the end of July, Newcastle may have to sell him to Liverpool for as little as seven million pounds.
The Daily Mirror has reported that Brendan Rodgers has shown interest in the Toon striker and it could see Demba Ba moving to Anfield in August. Tottenham have also been reported to be chasing Ba's signature.
Last season Demba Ba scored 15 goals for Newcastle before being called up to play for Senegal at the African Cup Of Nations. When he returned, he had to adapt to a new wider position to make room for Pappiss Cisse, who also plays international football for Senegal. He looked uncomfortable for the rest of the season but still was one of Newcastle's stand out players of the season.
