Fighting fit: Martins holds off Chelsea's Alex [LNB]Newcastle manager Alan Shearer will make a series of late decisions on his injured players ahead of Sunday's trip to Tottenham.[LNB]Shearer has asked striker Obafemi Martins (groin) to play through the pain barrier, while defender Steven Taylor (ankle) and midfielder Peter Lovenkrands (chest infection) were due to resume full training today.[LNB]Left-back Jose Enrique (knee) remains a doubt, but striker Mark Viduka (Achilles) is included in the squad.[LNB]MidfielderJoey Barton is expected to resume full training next week and could bein contention for a return against Portsmouth on April 27.[LNB]Provisional squad:Harper, Forster, Krul, Beye, Bassong, Coloccini, S.
