It is fair to say that Carroll has yet to find his feet at Anfield having scored just 4 league goals so far.
He has been linked with a return to Newcastle but that transfer is extremely unlikely.
Liverpool are sure to give the 22 year old longer to find his feet and will not want to see him move back to Newcastle in a cut price deal.
