Toon Set To Spend!
Chris Hughton is confident that his Newcastle United will find themselves in the transfer market "very soon". Chris Hughton: “We’re still looking for one or two quality additions to the existing squad and I’m quite sure that we will have them in before the start of the season. “I think the market has been very slow so far and perhaps understandably not many clubs have been doing business while the World Cup has been on. “But since that finished I’ve noticed that slowly but surely clubs are beginning to do their business – and that is better for all of us. “We’re working on things and it is moving forward but once again, the most important thing is that we get the right players in who can add something to our squad.”
