Toon Reserves Triumph At Spennymoor
Newcastle Utd reserves ran out 4-2 winners at Spennymoor on Saturday, after falling a goal behind. Brad Inman and Nile Ranger scored a brace apiece as the Peter Beardsley's side eased to the win. Peter Beardsley: "Perhaps we could have been better in the first half but it was a good work out for the lads". Ranger is tipped to be on his way very soon, but Birmingham's offer of £500,000 is £250,000 short of the asking price.
