What do we remember about Sebastien Bassong? Well, he left Newcastle because he wouldn't play left-back for Sir Bobby Robson.

Oh yes, and when Robson offered him a new contract he said: "I will sign for the club that offers me the most money."

Yep ... a lot of loyalty there!

Wolves are hopeful the defender will be fit for their next match at his former club Newcastle on February 25.

The on-loan Tottenham man underwent a scan on the hamstring injury suffered during the 5-1 home defeat by West Brom and it has revealed a minor grade one tear.

Steve Kemp, head of Wolves' medical department: "The scan has revealed a grade one tear and Sebastien has started his rehabilitation at Compton (training ground).

"We'll see how it progresses but, if he makes a good recovery, he'll have a chance of being available for the trip to Newcastle."
