The Newcastle striker did not travel to London with the rest of Chris Hughton's squad and the manager will play Kevin Nolan in an advanced role behind Shola Ameobi. Ryan Taylor returns to the starting line-up and will figure on the right side of midfield with Fabricio Colocinni patrolling the opposite flank. Newcastle are otherwise unchanged from the side that secured vistory over Sheffield Wednesday in midweek Nicky Butt returns to the squad after proving his fitness this week.
