Steven Taylor: “Performance-wise, the game plan worked, but we couldn’t get the goal we wanted.
“We limited their chances, and I thought we defended well.
“It was one of those games – both teams cancelled each other out.
“Towards the end we could have had a chance.
"They backed off us a little bit. I thought it was a good all-round performance.
“We dealt with the pitch pretty well – as well as we could have done.
“We’re not used to it as a team. We only trained on it the night before the game.”
