Taylor Talks - It's Now Or Never For Defender!

02 December 2010 10:27
Steven Taylor will meet club officials over the next few days to talk about his "improved contract". The Newcastle defender insists he wants to stay at the club, but Taylor’s agent Paul Stretford is holding a gun against Mike Ashley's head insisting Liverpool, Spurs and Chelsea are all interested in the former England-Under-21 international ... even though none of them have made an approach.  Stretford is due on Tyneside tomorrow to discuss replacing the deal which expires at the end of the season. If he does not sign, Taylor will be valued at around £2million in the January transfer window.
