Joe Kinnear is expected to be released from hospital on Sunday ollowing his triple heart bypass operation[LNB] Newcastle[LNB]manager Joe Kinnear expects to be released from hospital on Sunday - the day his side host Everton - following his triple heart bypass operation.[LNB]Kinnear is under doctor's orders to take two months' rest, but said: 'I've been really touched by all the messages I've had from people over the last two weeks.[LNB]'The doctors have told me everything has gone well.
