Aston Villa's Paul Lambert is also available at 50/1. He was last season's market favourite at one point but eventually led the Midlands-based club to safety.
Those in charge at the newly-promoted clubs - Steve Bruce (Hull), Ian Holloway (Crystal Palace) and Malky Mackay (Cardiff) - are rated fairly safe in their posts. Bruce is 28/1 in the betting with the other two 33/1.
