Simpson set to face Blades
Newcastle defender Danny Simpson is set to be fit for next Monday's trip to Sheffield United, according to boss Chris Hughton.[LNB]Simpson was missing for Saturday's win over Doncaster as he picked up an ankle problem in training.[LNB]However, the injury is not serious and the Manchester United loanee will almost certainly have recovered in time for the Bramall Lane encounter.[LNB]"Danny had a slight problem at the weekend but he should be back in training by the middle of the week," Hughton told the club's official website.[LNB]"If everything goes OK then he'll be available for Monday night."
