Portsmouth boss Paul Hart believes Alan Shearer's arrival as Newcastle's interim boss will makes little difference to the Magpies' chances of avoiding relegation.[LNB]Hart takes his Pompey side to St James' Park tonight knowing Newcastle are desperate for a first victory under Shearer since taking over earlier this month.[LNB]The Magpies are 19th in the Barclays Premier League table and four points from safety but with a game in hand on their relegation rivals.
