. Shay Given has a different candidate.
Shay Given: "I played under eight managers at Newcastle, and the most successful time I had was under Sir Bobby Robson.
"We finished fourth, third and fifth and we were pushing for top spot at Christmas one season.
"He was great to work under. And I had a huge respect for Kenny Dalglish for taking me to the club.
"The worst would be Ruud Gullit. He dropped me for the seconf FA Cup final in 1999, and didn't even have the decency to tell me.
"He had the goalkeeping coach do it!
"It was tough to take, I'd played every game up to the final, so on a personal level, to be dropped like that was frustrating."
