Ranger 'No' To Seasiders

15 July 2011 11:08
Nile Ranger has failed to agree terms with Blackpool after Newcastle United accepted an offer of around £1.5m for the striker. Ranger has been made available by Newcastle boss Alan Pardew this summer and the Seasiders have been showing the greatest interest in him this summer. But after Newcastle’s valuation had been met, Ranger was unable to agree personal terms over a move to Bloomfield Road and now he has returned to St James’ Park. Now Pardew must wait to see if other clubs match the fee in the hope that the boss’ transfer budget will be boosted.
