They are one of five possible opponents for Pardew’s side in the competition’s final qualifying round.
Seeded United could also play FC Vaslui (Romania), Atromitos FC (Greece), Tromso IL (Norway) or Neftci PFK (Azerbaijan).
The two-legged tie will be played on August 22 or 23 and 29 or 30.
Newcastle’s reward for winning the tie would be a place in the Europa League’s group stage.
The draw takes place at 12.30pm.
