Pardew Wants Another Look At Vuckic

01 August 2011 15:09
Haris Vuckic has told Alan Pardew he will score goals if he is given a first-team chance in the Premiership ... and two goals in two games is not bad going. Alan Pardew: “Haris is a tidy player. He’s been out so long, we’re just trying to introduce him gradually. He’s pushing and pushing. “I’ll probably give him a game against Gateshead – we’ll take a strong team there. “If our fans want to travel there, they’ll see mainly first-team squad members who need another game. Willo will possibly need to play again, because he looks a little bit match shy. “It’ll be a decent side, and Haris will play in that. “It’s going to be a stronger team, and the first-team staff will take it. It’ll be nice for Gateshead, and nice for our fans too.”
