Alan Pardew: “They’re both winners – they get emotionally involved in games.
“Winners will sometimes do frustrating things, because they want to win.
“Yohan sometimes does that. He makes a tackle that you sometimes wouldn’t want him to make.
“That’s because he wants to win – you can’t take that away from players.
“They’re always going to have that, players like Roy Keane, and whoever you want to name.
“They want to win. Therefore they sometimes overstep the mark, and they get bookings.”
