Pardew Predicts Joll Success

Alan Pardew insists Martin Jol, sacked by Tottenham in 2007 after leading them to a fifth-place Premier League finish two seasons running, will be a success at Fulham. Alan Pardew: “I don’t think he has anything to prove – he was in charge at Spurs and Ajax and they’re big, big clubs. “He’s trying to change Fulham’s style and I admire that. They’ve played quite a simplistic game and he’s trying to evolve that and it’s not easy. “But he’ll master it and they’ll be better for it.’’
